Boubou
Male gender
Age: 2 years old
Weight: 50 pounds
Species: Dog
Breed: Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed – Black
Orphan since: February 2022
Adoption fee: $150
Bubby is a “puppy” dog who loves water. He’s a lover and a hug and ready to be your best friend. He is clean but still has plenty of puppy energy and will need more training. He is good with other dogs but tends to like women more. Children at home must be 13 years or older. Did we mention he loves water, because he really does, just like other retrievers. He’s totally cuddly once he’s comfortable, so be patient as he’s still learning how to do it right. Make an appointment to meet Bubby at www.spcaflorida.org/appointment.
Halo
Male gender
Age: 2 years old
Weight: 48 pounds
Species: Dog
Race: Black Mouth Cur/Mix – Brown/White
Orphan since: April 2022
Adoption fee: $150
Halo is good on a leash, knows basic commands, and is very toy driven. He is good with children but sometimes plays a little rough, so children in the home must be 13 or older. Halo is very energetic and would love to have humans to take her on adventures like hiking or long walks. He would also do better as a single dog, as he doesn’t like to share his humans. Schedule an appointment to meet Halo at www.spcaflorida.org/appointment.

Species: Cat
Breed: Domestic Shorthair/Mix – Black
Orphan since: August 2021
Adoption fee: $50
Mom hopes 2023 will be the year she finds a forever home. She has been at the Florida SPCA for over a year. She is very shy and likes to hang out on the filtered catio. This low-energy girl would love a quiet home with a sunny window to hang out in front of. Thanks to sponsor Linda Silver, moms and cats ages 7 and up can go home for half the adoption fee. Make an appointment to meet the sweet mom at www.spcaflorida.org/appointment.
noa
Gender: Female
Age: 4 years old
Weight: 8 pounds
Species: Cat
Breed: Domestic Shorthair – White/Black
Orphan since: November 2022
Adoption fee: $100
Noa is a total lover looking for her forever home. She tends to be a shy woman at first, but once she gets to know you, she’ll come out of her shell. She likes to snuggle up in her owner’s bed and sunbathe on the windowsill. She also plays fetch for cat treats. She is comfortable with dogs and cats, but will need an introduction period due to her shyness. Find Noa at the Orlando Cat Café, partner of the SPCA Florida. You can make an appointment at https://www.orlandocatcafe.com/reservations-2/.
