The CAT allows 5 ousted candidates to take the examination of the JKPSCCC sector

Jammu, September 18: The Central Administrative Court cleared five candidates, who were first declared successful in the first JKPSC result list and later removed from the subsequent revised list.
They have been barred from applying for the J&K Combined Competitive Examination (Sector), 2022, conducted by the J&K Public Service Commission on November 27, 2022.
The Jammu Bench after hearing an original request OA/1286/2022, filed by five candidates Amit Singh and others through their lawyers, the lawyer passed the order ordering JKPSC to provisionally clear the candidates to apply for the J&K Combined Competitive (M) Examination, 2022, for which the Commission has set 20.09.2022 as the deadline for submission of applications for the J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) 2022 by successful candidates.
