HANNIBAL, Mo. – 4 Paws Veterinary Services and Cuddle Cat Rescue will host Meow Mixer, a fall fundraising event from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4 at Rialto Banquet Hall, 601 Broadway. The event will consist of a catered meal, silent auction and live entertainment from The Generation Gap.
4 Paws Veterinary Services covers the entire cost of the event, so 100% of proceeds will go directly to benefit the rescue. Other event sponsors are Bleigh Ready Mix, Tractor Supply and Crescent Jewelry.
Silent auction items will be restaurant gift certificates, themed gift baskets and more. Local bakeries donate decorated cat-themed cakes for the auction, and a voting contest will be held that evening for the most creative cake design. Desserts for the event will be provided by these local bakeries.
Table sponsorships are available for the event. Businesses and organizations are encouraged to consider sponsoring a table for $100 or $250. These companies will be recognized as sponsors at the event. Silent auction items are also solicited.
One must reserve. A minimum donation of $20 per person is suggested and will be accepted at the door. Online donations will also be accepted.
