PetSmart is offering $20,000 to cat and dog ’employees’ to test new toys and treats

Everything works — everything plays!

PetSmart is looking to hire two chief toy testers — a cat and a dog — to try out the brand’s new toys and treats.

The pet company, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is offering $10,000 each to canine and feline employees (collected by their humans, presumably) to play the important role of toy testers.

The chosen cat and dog will be tasked with “making sure pets nationwide are aware of the best pet products PetSmart has to offer,” the company wrote in a press release.

Over the next year, major toy testers will receive continuous shipments of PetSmart’s newest products to try and then review.
