Watford NAWT seeks loving home for white cat with outer ears removed

Hello everyone! My name is Lexi and I am a six year old girl looking for a wonderful new home. I came to the National Animal Welfare Trust a month ago when my owner’s situation changed.

As you can see I had an operation to remove my outer ears as they were sunburned and very painful. I may look a little weird but that doesn’t stop me from having fun. Like all light-skinned cats, during the warmer months it’s a good idea for me to wear cat sunscreen on my nose to protect me from the sun.

I am a charming and friendly girl who likes to be around people. I really enjoyed playing with feathered fishing rod toys, as well as catnip toys. I love my food too, but I’m a little leery of taking treats out of someone’s hand right now.

I can live in a house with children of any age as long as they respect my space and allow me time to settle in. I couldn’t live with dogs or other cats, as I find them a little disturbing.

I would love to have access to the outdoors in my new home so I can stretch my legs and have some alone time – a cat flap would be great!
